Clients I help appreciate my friendly demeanour and simple, jargon-free language. I specialize in acting as an outsourced IT Department for Home-Users and Small Businesses with up to 20 users. This allows my clients to get the most out of their technology without the need to hire a full-time IT employee. This allows small businesses and even home clients to get a level of security and dedicated IT Support usually only found in larger corporations.
